Refund Policy

Pop-Up's Collective Ticket Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to a Pop-Up's Collective event. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General No-Refund Policy for Non-Attendance:

As a general rule, tickets purchased for Pop-Up's Collective events are non-refundable if the ticket buyer decides, for any reason (including but not limited to personal conflicts, illness not covered by Section 2, or change of plans), not to attend the event.

2. Refunds Due to Event Cancellation or Significant Change:

You will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price if:

  • The event is cancelled by Pop-Up's Collective: In the unlikely event that Pop-Up's Collective cancels an event, you will receive a full refund minus booking fees of your ticket price. We will notify you of the cancellation and refund process as soon as reasonably possible.

  • Booking fees are non refundable 

  • The event is significantly altered by Pop-Up's Collective: If Pop-Up's Collective makes a significant change to the event, such as a change of date, time, or venue that makes it impractical or impossible for you to attend, you may be entitled to a refund. What constitutes a "significant alteration" will be determined at the sole discretion of Pop-Up's Collective, but will generally refer to changes that fundamentally alter the nature of the event. We will endeavor to communicate any such changes to you promptly.

3. Refunds Due to Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances):

In the event that an event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Pop-Up's Collective (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, severe weather, pandemics, or other "Force Majeure" events), we will endeavor to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, or if the rescheduled date is unsuitable for a significant number of attendees, we will assess the situation and may offer refunds or other remedies at our discretion. Our primary aim will be to ensure fairness to both Pop-Up's Collective and our valued ticket holders.

4. Ticket Transferability:

While tickets are generally non-refundable for non-attendance, Pop-Up's Collective may allow ticket transfers to another individual at the discretion of Pop-Up's Collective. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please contact us at popupscollective@gmail.com as soon as possible, and at least 5 days prior to the event start time. We reserve the right to decline ticket transfers.

5. Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015):

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act, services (including ticket sales) must be:

  • Provided with reasonable care and skill: If Pop-Up's Collective fails to provide the event service with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy.

  • As described: If the event fundamentally differs from how it was described at the time of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund.

  • Of satisfactory quality: While less applicable to events, this ensures the overall experience meets reasonable expectations.

If you believe Pop-Up's Collective has breached its obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

6. How to Request a Refund (where applicable):

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the terms of this policy, please contact us within 7 days of the event's cancellation or significant alteration, or within 3 days of the original event date if it did not proceed as described. Please provide your booking reference number and a clear explanation of your refund request to popupscollective@gmail.com.

7. Processing Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 working days  of the refund being approved.
