Welcome to Pop-Ups Collective! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pop-Ups Collective website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Introduction
Pop-Ups Collective creates, promotes, and sells tickets for its own food and entertainment pop-up events hosted at multiple venues. We aim to provide unique and memorable experiences directly to our attendees.
2. Services Offered
Pop-Ups Collective offers the following services:

Event Creation & Hosting: We conceptualize, organize, and host a variety of food and entertainment pop-up events.

Ticket Sales & Management: A secure system for selling tickets to our events, processing payments, and managing attendee lists.

3. User Accounts

4. Fair Usage & Prohibited Conduct

Resale of Tickets: Unless expressly authorized by Pop-Ups Collective, reselling tickets purchased through the Service at a price higher than the original purchase price.
5. Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all content (including comments, reviews, and communications) that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that:

Spam: Constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

Malware: Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Pop-Ups Collective reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Content Standards or is otherwise objectionable, in our sole discretion.
6. Ticket Sales & Refunds

Pricing: Pop-Ups Collective is responsible for setting ticket prices for its events. All prices are in the currency specified on the event listing.

Payment: Payments for tickets are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Pop-Ups Collective does not store your credit card information.

Refunds: Refund policies are set by Pop-Ups Collective. Please review the refund policy for each event before purchasing tickets. In cases where an event is canceled by Pop-Ups Collective, a full refund will typically be issued.

Event Changes: Event dates, times, or venues may be subject to change by Pop-Ups Collective. We will endeavor to notify ticket holders of any significant changes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pop-Ups Collective website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Pop-Ups Collective or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis: The Service (website, ticket sales system) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pop-Ups Collective makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
